The Bitcoin Mining Dude

In this piece, the Dude is virtually giving a "life" to the process behind the bitcoin mining algorithm.

During this loop, every steps are made salient by a specific move.

In the lower right, is the mempool. Here it's literally a Meme Pool, with rare pepe cards inside validated transactions, like fishes waiting to get caught.

The miner gathers the transactions, hash them and dispose them near the block he’s assembling. Then he hashes all the transaction merkle root tree into one main hash.

Note that the future block contains something already : the hash of the entire previous block in the bitcoin chain.

Once the transactions hash is in place, he checks the clock, greets Satoshi Nakamoto with deference, and create the block timestamp.

Right after that, he needs to solve the block difficulty. He does  it by starting the nonce iteration. This will help him finding the correct hash for this new block.

Once found, the lucky Miner lifts the block and receives the block reward which he stores it in his wallet. The solved block is hashed and added to the chain.

The Dude keeps a copy of the hash and starts all over again… forever.
