My third piece from the series 'Uncomfortably Comfortable'. This artwork depicts my telephobia, and how music or any other background noise helps me cope with it. Phone anxiety – or telephobia – is the fear and avoidance of phone conversations and it’s common among those with social anxiety disorder.
