They are easily fooled into submission, using little gifts and hand-outs that double as bribes. The decades of dumbing down with low-level education and racial/religious propaganda make them easy prey.
The cunning politicians turn these innocent beings to be forever on crutches and having to always depend on the political parties for help.
By taking away the idiots' spines, the political party will lie to them into submission by promising protection of their rights and livelihood.
