Walks on the beach are one of my favorite things to do. During one of those walks I came across this group of young boys who reminded me of my friends I grew up with. This shot transports me to simpler times and makes me feel warm when I think of how much we have all grown both as a collective and as individuals.
I have spent the past 2 years traveling Nigeria and documenting stories about our culture, history and landscapes. Throughout my life, African countries have been depicted in a negative manner in the media and I do this to show the world that Africa is lush, rich and diverse.
