Tats (Yee-Tat) Lau is a Hong Kong musician and actor. During the 80s, he established classic Canton-pop duo Tat Ming Pair (with Anthony Wong) which became one of the most important music groups in Hong Kong history. Tats Lau is also an established film score composer. He won the Best Original Film Score awards in both Hong Kong Film Awards and Golden Horse Film Awards . Tats Lau has strong influence of Synth-pop music from UK, adding Asian inspired flavors to Western electronic arrangements, his solo album "Numbness" is one of the most innovative Canton-pop album of all times.
