This spot, where I took this shot, is located about 2000m high and to reach it, although there is around a good and friendly lift that can take you to about 1400m, the remaining 600m are not done without walking up for almost 3 hours by steep slopes. The views are unbelievable beautiful but the paths until the top is quite dangerous, with almost of the time only room for only one person to pass, crossing waterfalls and of course somehow good physical preparation for it. When you finally reach the top you get an extremely welcoming reward…this as to be one of the most magnificent views I have ever seen. The mountain set in front reachs about 3500m and it forms the perfect amphitheater for the incredibly blue\turquoise lake below. Its formed with the water melting from the ice caps on the mountain giving it this extremely breath-taking color.⁠ ⁠ For a landscape photographer, it is always a great challenge to photograph landscapes with a relatively large scale factor, it's almost impossible to show the feeling of the greatness of a landscape like these, however we always try to do our best to show those feelings in one single frame, hope you enjoy it⁠
