Hundreds of thousands of new chemical compounds are produced every year and many of these have deleterious effects on health; in some cases they trig teratogenesis processes that affect the fetus development and we often realize their harmful effects when it is too late. The Teratos series represents the effect of these compounds on life and tell us how important is fighting chemical pollution and taking care of our environment.
