Story from Berlin...

"I've been struggling with my sexuality for most of my adult life. In my twenties, I felt unhappy and I was consuming pornography as a coping mechanism for my poor mental health. I felt guilty and dirty after masturbating on porn. I was unable to have intimate relationships and I barely had sex.

After years of therapy, I feel good again and finally, I also have a satisfying sexual life. I made a decision to make a shooting one day, and it was a cornerstone for me. Self-pleasure has always been connected with a strong sense of shame. I didn't know If I would have been able to have an erection touching myself in front of someone and was a great surprise for me that I could also enjoied it.

Mental health is a constant work for me. Healthy, conscious, and playful sexuality is a potent medicine to preserve and foster it.
