The plastic artist Serene Sea (Leganés, Madrid, 1967), initiates through this Renaissance painting a journey in which Marilyn theatricalizes the attributes of femininity and fecundity that she always symbolized. This image has been created with the photography of a collage in which fabric flowers, stuffed butterflies and painted resin figurines have been sewn and glued to a photographic print on canvas of a photo of Marilyn Monroe.
