'Generative Knots' is an exploration of the space between organic and generative. Each Knot is made purely with code, but attempts to appear as if hand-drawn.

I wrote 'Generative Knots' using Processing. Each Knot is created from a unique seed number and has a different shape and movement. Once the Knot is generated, I create separate PNG files to show the movement of the Knot. These PNG files are combined into a GIF for the final piece.

There are 10 Knots total. 8 are in this collection and 2 were created on Rarible.
