Istanbul is a prayer. There are thousands of mosques in Istanbul. And tens of thousands of people pray in those mosques every day. Mosques and adhans are inseparable parts of Istanbul's soul. I took this photo at Suleymaniye Mosque, my favourite mosque with its architecture and view.

This city that connects two continents is a love-hate paradox for most Istanbulites. For me, it's part of my soul. I've been living far from Istanbul for the last few years. It's not possible to share all of the photos and memories but these are when I think of Istanbul to come to my mind.
