Mazu (媽祖) is the compassionate Chinese goddess of the sea, watching over sailors, fishermen, and travelers. Celebrated for her protective nature, she sends warnings of oncoming storms to those at risk. One particular traveler became close to Mazu's heart, an infant boy she found drifting on the sea alone, in a boat. She directed the water to push the boy to land. The boy was picked up by monk who reared him to become one. Mazu has been watching this since, never leaving his side, making sure he is safe but also giving him space to leave his own life.
ASWANG (monsters) is the first graphic novel NFT highlighting asian mythology.
Aswang is a story of 5 kids who came from some of the most powerful monster clans in Asia. Unfortunately, they more dorks than monsters. They were disowned.
Hungry and homeless, they apply to a school that trains children with special skills. It also offers free food & housing. What they didn’t know is that the school trains people to become superheroes.
To stay in school, they are forced to hone their powers. They didn't know this mean awakening powerful evils and their darker past.
