This beautiful piece was inspired by my love for traditional drums, which consists of the Iyalu, Bata, omele bata, talking drum, Sekere e.t.c Yoruba tribe of the western part of Nigeria consider ayan as a deity which they choose to worship, known as God of drums. They also use these drums in traditional worship while some are strictly attached to ritual and ceremonial events,

Àyángalú is believed to have been the first Yoruba drummer. he is also counted among the ranks of the Orisha. his followers in the Yoruba religion said he is the patron spirit of all drummers, and that he inspires the drummers to beat the drums well. These drums produce melodic sounds to the hear when beating by the drummers you will love the sounds of these percussion instruments.
