A weird sound woke me up in the middle of the night. "Another stressful day, another nightmare to interrupt my sleep" I thought to myself. I tried to get up but-I couldn't move. Everything was dark. My eyes were barely open and heavy. A feeling of panic and fear started taking over me, and it was then when I realised They were here. I had never seen Them before, but They seemed familiar. It was probably because of the Light,the Light that was coming from Their eyes. It was a Light you could not only see but also hear and feel. I still couldn't move, but I didn't care. I didn't want to look away. They stood there in silence and after a while,without moving Their lips, They whispered: ~ Don't be afraid. Relax your shoulders. Release your grip. Look in my eyes. Feel the light. Inhale. Allow yourself to let go. Exhale. Enjoy the comfort of drifting away. Become more relaxed. Drift deeper. Focus on what matters. Know that nothing is what it seems. Remember that everything is an illusion.~
