Asset Sale Terms: Purchasing the ownership rights to the “FLIGHT” Wright Flyer I Wing Fabric underlying asset requires one of the following conditions to be met:
Option A: The payment (using ETH) of $1,400,000 US$ equivalent. The ETH to US$ posted price will be adjusted at least 2x per year.
Or
Option B: If unsold by Option A prior, via a 90-day smart contract declining bid auction beginning on December 17, 2031 at 12:00 noon Eastern Time.
LEGAL & COMPLIANCE NOTICE: Future underlying asset value is not dependent on actions of the project, the asset custodian or any other third parties beyond asset care and custodianship.
The terms of any future sale of the underlying asset are set and known to all parties at the time of sale and can’t be amended. Collision NFT owners do not vote and even a future majority owner cannot change the asset sale terms. Collision.art underlying assets are community shared collectibles with pre-set exit terms, not investments.
The custodian of the Collision.art smart contract and underlying assets is Blokpax, LLC, a South Carolina Limited Liability Company. Blokpax will insure the assets for current fair market value as updated annually and maintain asset safe keeping. All assets held in custodianship are subject to an annual audit.
Within 30 days of an underlying asset sale, the custodian will provide a mechanism for disbursement of the net proceeds (pro-rata to the crypto wallets holding the applicable art edition NFTs) and changing meta-data to reflect the underlying asset has been sold.
Collision editions are distributed as free rewards to the Blokpax community . Blokpax does not sell Collision editions.
Collision is a multi-artist collaboration where every art edition is tied to a physical artifact.
Our physical artifacts will be auctioned for BPX, our future ecosystem utility token. This BPX will then be distributed to Collision edition holders on a pro-rata basis (who may then use the BPX themselves in future auctions or throughout our ecosystem).
IMPORTANT: BPX has no functionality other than within the Blokpax ecosystem, and it cannot be purchased from Blokpax. Blokpax does not provide, or intend to provide, a secondary marketplace for BPX.
