It is an all too common occurrence to hear that another unarmed black citizen has been shot, especially in the US.

There are too many stories of wrongful shootings from negligent officers causing a genuine fear of the police in certain groups, tainting the individuals who carry out their duties correctly.

This piece isn't about demonizing all police officers, it is about highlighting the injustices that are present every day and putting a spotlight on those who are unfit to serve. Without further vetting and training within the force nothing is going to change.
