I Ricasoli dal 1141 sono in attività in quel confine tra Firenze e Siena testimone di tanti eventi, guerre, incontri, vite vissute. Al centro troneggia un castello, quello di Brolio, che è il simbolo di una dedizione assoluta al mondo del vino: col suo nome prende vita una grande bottiglia, orgoglio del Chianti Classico, premiatissima, emblematica. Sono partito proprio dal Castello di Brolio, imponente tra le vigne, con un segno classico, ma vivo, quasi nervoso. Il tratto nero si colora così della passione per un territorio ormai leggendario.
