The events of the last year has taught us many of things, not least how precious our memories are, particularly the ones we enjoyed when made travelling or time spent with friends old and new.

I was lucky enough to appear at the very first FITC twenty years ago, and a few more in the intervening years. Those times were always very special.

This piece features 7300 strands – one for each day of those twenty years, to create an abstract delicate looking object, which may help serve as a reminder to take time to fully appreciate those often fleeting moments.
