The environment is a virtual space that you can use to showcase your own collections on Spatial.io. It is a space without borders that brings the art community together to curate, view and buy art across the digital spectrum, connecting people from diverse creative disciplines across the world. You get to own the 3D model in GLB format and import it into Spatial as an environment. When you purchase the Utopian Grid you are free to customise the model. Once you have purchased the NFT you will need to join the Utopian Renaissance Discord and connect via Collab Land to download the model. This model can not be resold and shared in anyway.
