The HOLO PUFFER is inspired by the upcycling movement and will be physically manufactured using recycled plastic thread.
Using recycled instead of virgin polyester produces fewer carbon emissions. Giving plastic bottles a second life keeps them out of the ocean and landfills.
Digital fashion is one of the most promising ways that the fashion industry can help save the planet. By shifting away from traditional linear production methods and materials, to circular using digital design, we can reduce the environmental impact of fashion.
Digital fashion eliminates the need to use large amounts of materials, water, and energy in the production process. With digital design, fashion designers can create patterns and pieces without needing to buy, store, and transport large amounts of fabric and materials.
HOLOTOPIA is a group of designers, artists, producers, and developers who support UN Sustainable Development Goals, and are seeking to educate other creators and consumers in order to drive change through sustainability, transparency, and accountability in virtual and physical fashion creation and consumption.
Our mission is to onboard one million creators into a conscious design and collaboration community.
