Outside of the summer months, the amount of sunshine hours in the Pacific Northwest is very low. I cherish the sunsets during these months and try to capture many of those moments with my camera. Each sunset is dramatically different. I think of each one as its own unique work of art, but instead of on canvas, presented in the sky.

For this collection, I took sunset photos starting in 2018 and ending Summer 2021. To truly capture how different each day’s sunset can be, I wanted one aspect of the photographs to be a constant. Each photograph was taken from the same location. To be more precise, they were all taken from the same balcony.

This collection includes 25 of those photos taken from 2018 to 2021. Each photo is a unique edition of 1.
