健康码 (English: Health Code) is a location tracking application based on mini programs during the outbreak of COVID-19 in mainland China, which is used as a personal electronic pass. After reading, the health status of the holder can be confirmed and certified, and it can be used to enter and exit the venue where the certificate needs to be presented. Applicants can automatically generate a QR code by filling in their personal information, health status, travel history, place of residence, and whether they have been in contact with suspected or confirmed pneumonia patients. As of April 2020, more than 200 cities in mainland China have activated the "health code" based on the Alipay platform, and the epidemic prevention health code based on the Tencent platform has covered more than 300 cities and counties in nearly 20 provincial administrative regions.

健康码（英语：Health Code）是2019冠状病毒病中国大陆疫情期间以小程序为载体的定位追踪应用程序，作为个人的电子通行证使用。经读取后可确认与证明持有人的健康情况，并以之出入需要出示该证明的场地。申请人通过填报个人信息健康状况、旅游史、居住地、及是否接触过疑似或确诊肺炎病患等问题自动生成二维码，分红、黄、绿三种颜色，动态显示个人疫情风险等级。截至2020年4月，中国大陆已有200多座城市启用基于支付宝平台的“健康码”，另外基于腾讯平台的防疫健康码则覆盖近20个省级行政区300多个市县。
