Actually, I see them 'Extra's' more as separate pieces that can stand on their own too. My work often comes together as one, but the ingredients I've put in the work, the sketches or slices of paintings and sculptures can and will be used in other works too. I see them as 'words' or 'sentences' that, when I reorder them, shine a new light on the way I perceive the world.

I think it's important to give an inside of my workflow by minting them layers that show what a piece is made of.

The digital sculptures are build in Nomad Sculpt. Besides that I worked in Procreate and Gimp.

Working in a digital 3D environment gives my portraits and love for the human figure new depths. And it evokes new ways of constructing the characters that play a role in my setups.
