In 2014, my journey of exploring and photographing the off-limits heights in the major cities of America began. This period of my life sparked from a mix of things, my admiration for the New York City skyline and the beautiful architecture it consists of being one of them. The “Textures of the City” series is a collection of photographs documenting not the unobstructed views the rooftops offer, but the massive and repetitive multi-hundred-foot grids of windows and the detailed textures which make up these cities.
