"The story of where I come from and who I am today seems an inexhaustible source. 2020 was the year of a worldwide lockdown, my work since then is inevitably about to explore what it does to me and to all of us." Born in Budapest in 1955, has been working with different media for the past 43 years and is showing her figurative painting and installation since 2002 on different very special locations. She is also working with interior and graphic design.
Works in this collection are part of the physical exhibition "Breadcrumbs: Art in the age of NFTism" at Nagel Draxler gallery in Cologne, curated by Kenny Schachter.
Eva Beresin is born in Budapest in 1955, has been working with different media for the past 43 years and is showing her figurative painting and installation since 2002 on different very special locations. She is also working with interior and graphic design. 2015 she exhibited her biggest project there so far: the artistic implementation of her mother‘s diary as she wrote after her liberation from Auschwitz.
