Spooks are a series of 100 procedurally generated spectral 3D faces.

This work is based on an old client commission of 100 physical clay sculptures, each being a head with different facial expressions and various levels of distortion, which I created during the early 2000s.

Each Spook is based upon the very same base mesh, which is then distorted, smoothed and distorted again using a series of random noise generators. The color scheme of each Spook is programmed to always contain at least two complementary colors, which are picked randomly for each iteration.

The rarity of each Spook is open to free interpretation as much as it may become obvious upon visual inspection.
