Fractal trilogy based on Mandelbrot #1909: Sunset Snake in a neighbourhood of the point c = (-1.25135304, -0.02896973), on the surface of the Mandelbrot set. The trilogy is formed by (i) the Mandelbrot centered on the above point, (ii) the Julia based on c, and (iii) the Julia based on the complex conjugate of c. This video by Maths Town and Abramo shows the first Julia morphing into the second, i.e., a sequence of Julia sets arising from the linear interpolation between c and its conjugate passing through the real line.
Each piece of the Mandelbrot Trilogy Collection is a superposition of three mathematically-linked fractals from both Fractal Dimension's collections: the Mandelbrots and the Julias.
The top fractal represents a neighbourhood of a point c of the Mandelbrot Set, while the bottom two display portions of the Julia Set corresponding to the parameters c (bottom left) and its complex conjugate (bottom right).
