We are proud to offer you the very first artistic collaboration between the collective "ZibelinZibeline" and the painter Géraldine Auret who lives and works in Montpellier, south of France. Woman from the south, Géraldine Auret developed an early artistic sensitivity which she expressed at the age of 17 with her first exhibitions. Self-taught, initially inspired by Picasso, Matisse, Viallat and Buren in their principle of repetition. She was also fascinated by Japanese engravings, starting with a pen and working on the finesse of the line, the flowers, the patterns of silky dresses and the outline of the shapes. The Mademoiselle G collection is inspired by these aesthetic rules: simplification of shapes, taste for sinuous lines, abandonment of perspective as well as a love of bright colors. Starting from a drawing of a naked and sensual woman from behind, I simplified the line to the extreme to leave room for the imagination by freeing myself from shapes, shadows and perspectives.
