Nina Dorf was born in Soviet Estonia. Then family in 1973 moved to Russia, little Nina start to drowning a lot, also in a State School of Fine Art (1978-1982) After graduation in a State Institute of Building and Engineering — come back to Estonia and continue self-graduation at home in a reason of diseases. From 1988 — start to make an exhibitions and performances across Europe (Italy (1988, 1993, 1994), Germany (1993), Spain (1994) After car crash in 1994 — make an experiments, kind of mash-up of different painting technologies and presenting in a private galleries (Czech Republic (1994-1996), France (1995-2000), Italy (2001-2003), Panama (2004, 2005) From 2006 — live in Berlin, Germany and continue to work on a border between video and art. Last year Nina Dorf focused again on a short stories graphic novel, based on an experience of dream therapy.
