An oranda is a breed of goldfish characterized by a prominent bubble-like "hood" on the head. A Vietnam war veteran and disciple of Jesus Christ, all of Joe's work of the past is to glorify God and inspire the next generation of graphical artists to ride every wave until they leave this earth.
