An unforgettable trip I made to France with my father, brother and uncle. We travelled to the Normandy coast to remember the events that took place during D-day. I was planning out the trip and I could not resist to plan in a visit to this beautiful coastline. It was a great afternoon for us to take in the beautiful scenery and to make us remember how lucky we are to grow up free.

The weather was not the best during that day as it was very rainy and gray. We managed to get to the top but the condition did not make it worthwhile to fly the drone. We ventured back to have something to eat before we had to head out to our next stop. As a photographer you are always looking out for the weather conditions and as we were having lunch, I noticed there was going to be a break in the clouds. I excused myself from the table and quickly went back to the beach. The sun started to beautifully illuminate the cliff side and I was fortunate to be able to capture that moment!

A photo which has a lot of meaning to me. Being fortunate how free we are and that I was able to do this trip with my family.
