The holders of the one hundred twenty five (125) Hangout Hawk tokens were invited to join five (5), Sixty (60) minute virtual hangout Q&A sessions with Gary Vaynerchuk per "year" (i.e.). Each year was defined as the twelve month time period commencing May 6, 2021, May 6, 2022 and May 6, 2023. In no event shall any experience (including this hangout experience) occur after May 5, 2024.

In other words, there were Fifteen (15) total redemptions that occurred as follows:

Five (5) redemptions must occur between May 6, 2021 and May 5, 2022 Five (5) redemptions must occur between May 6, 2022 and May 5, 2023 Five (5) redemptions must occur between May 6, 2023 and May 5, 2024

All access experiences were pre-scheduled in advance with 90 day notice via a VeeFriends representative.
