Merry Christmas to all holders of the Pranksy 2020 Advent Calendars!

This is a combination of the 2 latest art techniques that Olivia has been enjoying learning from Dad @cryptoblockdan.

The background is Marble Art created with shaving foam and food colourings. An A4 Card was dipped in the shaving foam, the colour is absorbed, then the shaving foam is scraped off. Left to dry overnight, the second part of the piece is a Raised Salt technique. Olivia roughly sketched in pencil the outline of a Christmas Tree with decorations, then used art glue over the outline. The entire piece was then covered in Salt, which stuck to the glue outline, the excess was shaken off and left to dry. Finally Olivia used water colours to dab onto the salt in the colours she liked.
