A special photo of the majestic Firefall as this viewpoint is now closed. Catching the glow of Horsetail Fall reflected in the Merced River was a dream shot and one of my Yosemite bucket list items. The mood this day was incredible with some clouds hovering around El Capitan and as the sun set and lit up the waterfall it also ignited the high clouds. Cheers could be heard echoing across the valley floor as we all stood there in awe of what we were witnessing.
