This collection of 1/1 NFTs is inspired by graphic aesthetics from the 1990s, where tools of technology were limited and founded in manual practices.

For me, coming of age in this era when postmodernism was born and views to the past, as well as into the future were linked through visual aesthetics, played a huge role in the forming of my practice as a painter.

My NFTs are samples of my own photography, paintings and sculptures.

In the 1990s, pattern textures were sourced from photos of real surfaces, lighting was added in a surreal manner and all kinds of blended psychedelic styles operated freely within the new media.

It was the decade where the technological revolution began: at the start of the 1990s, most people hadn’t heard of the Internet, but by the end, browsers, laptops, mobile phones and videogames were widely used. Technology was emerging and growing, but didn’t yet rule our lives.
