Jackie had heard about the sleep-inducing effects of a steaming hot glass of milk, so he gave it a try one night. Needless to say, it didn't work. All he got was a burnt tongue and a white mustache. He also found out he was lactose intolerant! So Jackie put his ultra-wired energy into creating a "kinder, gentler monster" he dubbed "Warm Milk Man." He will talk your ear off until you fall asleep - that's when he strikes and spills his scalding hot milk all over you!
