The meaning of life is based on creation. Nature creates its forms, with its own rules and structures. We, through our tools (technology) and visions (imagination, art...), imitate nature and generate our own.
It is tremendously fascinating to generate worlds, elements, things, that seem to be alive; pseudo organisms that could potentially be anything, but that are human creations based on computers.
Mysterious and elegant, the images in this collection are grouped in a series of ovals. The oval as the primordial form from which life develops; a life that has the potential to become anything.
"DRAGONBORN" is a growing collection of digital abstract images created with the aim of generating a sequence of ovals with similar aesthetic characteristics.
This type of digital art is fascinating because of the way they have been created; they are the result of algorithmic processes partially generated by software, following specific guidelines. Their appearance is organic, living, suggestive, as if they were organisms seen through a microscope, or minerals...
This is the point where nature generates its own forms of life but human technology is also capable of creating it by imitating its rules.
