I pulled over to grab a few quick shots of this red-tailed hawk perched on a power line. Although the red-tailed is one of our most common hawks, they never fail to impress whether they are viewed up-close or distantly soaring in the sky.

This project reflects my personal dedication to biodiversity and conservation and I hope to inspire others to join me in this mission. Conservation begins with understanding, love, and knowledge: ideals that are invaluable for anyone to pass on to future generations.
Preserving our home begins with a shift in the global collective consciousness: a movement towards valuing and embracing life on our planet.
