John Emotions designed the "Emo Jo" as a discrete catalyst for spontaneous, public conversations about mental health. It is not a personality/character unto itself, but a reflection of those who display it, and their willingness to discuss mental health openly.
Participation in the on-going Emotions Project helps fund a real-world 501(c)3 nonprofit to build local creative studios for people with mental health challenges ("emo dojos"). 🙏
Collaboration proposals are always welcome.
