Since 1984, I'm drawing what I call "Intricate Worlds", a series whose purpose is to show large images, full of figures and chaotic situations, which are interrelated along the support. There are worlds and characters, builders of the macro-form that, in turn, depends on them for its existence. A symbiotic relationship.
Abstract and unknown of the characters, the macro-form can only be perceived by them when they are "outside" of their own worlds.
The drawings will be "suggesting" of themselves, creating stories, situations and scenes inspired by the everyday, often cheerful and comical, sometimes angry and gloomy. I like to instigate the curiosity of the beholder.
It is also a picture of how I feel my daily life. An increasingly entangled life, saturated with information, the predominance of mind, diversity of value judgments, exposure to any type and idea that connectivity allows. One world or more than one, fully Intricate.
