The collection is made of 20 pieces and is named URBAN PIX3L as a link between his digital & urban art.
 Regarding the creative process, Derf started with pictures from portraits of paintings and worked these using multiple software to add pixels, colors, shapes in order to achieve the focus on the eyes he is always looking for and augment his physical Art. 
 The artist works on the deconstruction of the faces and also on the contrast between black & white and very flashy colors in his pieces in order to transcribe the “Duality” in every human being. With a focus on the eyes and the look of its characters, Derf aims at emphasizing the most expressive part of the face, the one transcribing our emotions the most. One of his signatures are the mismatched eyes and also the work with circles that underlines the eyes in the pieces.
