The pictures were created as part of an art project between the German high school Tolkewitz from Dresden and its Tanzanian partner school in Usa River - the Kilimani School. The children from these contrasting worlds were asked to create pictures of their living environment. The most successful works were selected by the art teachers for a calendar.

But now you can imagine that there are more great pictures than 12 calendar pages. For this reason, the Digital Twin Project was created. All great images from Tanzanian artists are presented as digital art. Proceeds from NFT sales will help fund expansion and construction of new classrooms.

# ABOUT KILIMANI SCHOOL
Around 1,000 children between the ages of 6 and 13 study at the Kilimani School near Arusha National Park. They are taught by 19 teachers. Since the state school only has limited financial resources, we support them through this project to enable better education.
