Photographer Michael Mayo studied art, with an emphasis in photography, at California Institute of the Arts. He applied his studies to commercial assignments, being awarded the Lurzer's Archive 200 Best Ad Photographers Worldwide, Communication Arts Photography Annual, Graphis Photography Annual, and the Prix de la Photographie, Paris PX3.

Stranger Spaces is a series of photography from a different perspective.

"There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity.
