This NFT collection entitled Living Creation: Myself by dermatologist Dr Teo Wan Lin from Singapore consists of a series of digital art self portraits generated with hand-drawn pixel graphic aesthetic reminiscent of 8-bit and 16-bit computers which were part of her childhood in the 90’s. It is a statement against visual conformity expected in the modern world which she perceives as a negative influence, as an unhealthy form of control.

The second series of 8 portraits aims to showcase how an emotive face is always captivating, while an aesthetically perfect face can be mundane. This series shows self portraits with changes in facial expressions involving the eyebrows and the eyes. 

The lips move to mesmerize the audience, to show that they are perfectly shaped when she articulates her thoughts.
