This collection consists of 50 NFTs of the work of conceptual art “SEC No-Action Letter Request 3: Securitized NFTs.” The work consists of the submission of a no-action letter request to the SEC, proposing to sell the work of conceptual art “SEC No-Action Letter Request 3: Securitized NFTs” to the public in the form of 50 NFTs. The no-action letter request will ask the SEC to agree that my proposal does not constitute the sale of an unregistered security and to agree that the SEC will not recommend any enforcement action in connection with the sales.

The work of conceptual art “SEC No-Action Letter Request 3: Securitized NFTs” exists in a limited edition of 50. Ownership of this NFT comprises ownership of one edition of the work, and constitutes ownership of 2% of the work. Ownership of this NFT does not constitute ownership of any other property interest of any kind, tangible or intangible.
