I am drawn to landscapes where trees, water and sky all intersect. Starting with a sketch, lines and layers of color define the flow of the composition. My fingers act as my brushes upon a digital canvas capturing light, color, and movement in a painting. 

Each stroke informs how layers build to a final composition. These digital creations take the viewer along on the journey of creation and recognition of how the strokes and shapes can form our understanding of imagery. Sounds of the location are captured and added to the final moving piece. 

Ideally viewed as looping images projected on walls or viewed on large monitors thus allowing the viewer to experience what is usually only inferred, a painting coming to life - start to finish.
