The Barack Obama "Blue In The Face" series is based on an original oil painting "Blue In The Face" by artist Antti Eklund. The series consists of 125 unique color variations of the same image, done by hand by the artist himself.

Antti Eklund paints to illuminate injustice, expose the abuse of power and highlight happiness. His goal is to encourage and inspire people to act for a positive change. He believes that freedom is a choice, happiness is free and nothing in life is as permanent as change.
