This series of work is influenced by the Russian avant-garde. working with abstract forms, taken from street scenes Richard photographs in and around the City of Bristol UK. The works consist of geometric forms and textures, composed in a way to give the feeling of depth and dynamism of the city. Richard blends the monotone textures of the architecture with the bright contracting colours of street art and people of the city.
