Mindfulness meditation saved me. I dove deep into practice and study to help heal from childhood trauma and autoimmune disease. Through daily practice, I have learned to calm the mind and find peace in my heart even when life is unsteady. I've been teaching and guiding people to cultivate presence, awareness, and ease since 2017. The Body Scan, Breath Awareness + Loving-Kindness meditations are accessible to beginners and those with a regular practice.
My mission is to share mindfulness with the metaverse. Through NFTs, these foundational mindfulness meditations, which have been practiced for thousands of years, can now live forever on the blockchain.
