The Plate Broker represents buyers and sellers of high value license plates.  NFTs are minted to accompany the ones considered the most rare and desirable.

The NFTs establish the pedigree and ownership details which are outlined in the smart contract.  Additionally, they allow for secure payment via cryptocurrency.  

This collection is being procured by hand.  It is not computer generated.  The NFTs are added value to a physical asset.  License plates are 1 of 1 by design.  As the Plate Broker authenticates and offers extraordinary license plates for sale, the collection will grow.  As the collection grows, so will the benefits of NFT ownership.
